Because everything at Brownie Heaven is baked to order, our enormous range produces a different collection of ends, edges, wonky squares and offcuts every day.

They are made during the same bakes as our customer orders and packed while fresh. They taste exactly as they should, but they are not always neat enough for our usual presentation boxes.

Rather than allow perfectly good brownies and blondies to dry out or go to waste, we seal them into Mystery Offcut Boxes.

• Choose at least 500g or 1kg
• A completely mystery mixture
• No flavour selections or substitutions
• Simply packed in a fully sealed food-grade pouch
• Full ingredients, allergen information and date information supplied
• UK standard delivery included

The pieces may be square, rectangular, triangular or a shape not yet formally recognised by mathematics. What goes into each bag depends entirely on what we have baked.

Availability is limited. We only release these boxes when the bakery has enough fresh offcuts, so once they are gone, they are gone until another particularly untidy baking day.

Allergen notice: Because the assortment varies and may contain products made with wheat, milk, eggs, soya, peanuts and tree nuts, these mystery boxes are not suitable for customers with food allergies.
