We’ve taken the nostalgic Jam Roly Poly, rolled it through the Brownie Heaven kitchen, and turned it into a white chocolate-stuffed showstopper. Twice-baked to perfection, this twist on a British classic starts with a thin sheet of our gooey white chocolate blondie, swirled with proper raspberry jam and rolled up like it’s heading straight for Sunday lunch.

Once chilled and sliced, it’s baked again in more blondie batter to lock in that soft, jammy middle. Then we smother the top in melted white chocolate and finish with a tangy hit of raspberry dust – a proper pudding with a modern, brownie-laced glow-up.

Yum!

Not as fudgy as I was expecting, more of a cake like consistency but the flavours were fab! Cherries were lovely and soft throughout the black Forrest and could have eaten the roly poly on its own!

Best brownie ever

First time I have ordered the mincemeat brownie and to my surprise it was even better than the jam roll poly brownie which I have had as my favourite Xmas brownie for the last few years . Looking forward to Easter to try some of your other seasonal brownies 😍😍😍😍😍
