Each week we create a new Brownie of the Week, this one made it mid 2020, and we brought it back January 2021 to compete with other favourite brownies of the week. This one WON, the Jam Roly Poly Blondie, is now a permanent fixture on our baking list.
We developed the technique of baking this from the Twice Baked Caramac and Cinnamon Blondie, we first bake a thin layer of our famous white chocolate blondie mix, allow to cool slightly spread with raspberry jam, and then roll Swiss style into a MASSIVE roly poly which is chilled and sliced up and then baked in more blondie mix. Topped with white chocolate and raspberry dust.

White Chocolate (Belgian white chocolate Couverture (Min cocoa 28.1/ Min milk solids 23%), Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla.), Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Wheat Flour, Raspberries, Pectin, , Glucose Syrup, Colour, Acidity Regulator.
