You’ve nailed it too, that butter in the crumble is doing serious work. It flavours the whole blondie, then the apples keep it properly “crumble-ish”, and the white chocolate base just pulls everything together.

I knew these blondies were a gamble. Personally, I strongly dislike them. However, they get 5 stars because the bits without the bacon are delicious, they were well presented and delivered a day early. I'd order blondies from here again, but definitely not this flavour.
The bacon + maple pancake blondie is absolutely a “take a punt” flavour, so we respect the honesty. Delighted the bacon-free bites were a win, and even more delighted it arrived early and looking the part.
Next time we’ll steer you back towards the safer kneemelters. Thanks again for the 5 stars, you legend.
I love bacon and maple syrup, it's a delicious combination for a brownie. Coming from a sweet and savoury topping for waffles or filling for pan cakes.

Wowsers ! I had one, then another to double check my first thoughts. I can confirm these are perfection. I have been around the block when it comes to blondies, so believe me when I say I can stop knocking at random doors now. This is THE one stop shop for me, going forward. I bought the caramel apple white chocolate twice baked blondies. So many textures, crumbly, crisp, melty, oozy, soft apples combined with the blondie base and sweetness of the white chocolate just mix to create a mouthfeel so joyous, I had to recreate it by eating the rest of my blondie squares within a day ! I told myself they’re best fresh so I felt justified with this decision 😁 the blondies were fresh and carefully packed and arrived in first class condition. Easy to order. The wait for them to be baked, get sent, delivered and arrive at the end point- my mouth - seemed to take forever ( from order to eating took 12 days, I didn’t order express delivery ) - however it was so worth the wait. I have my eyes on the brown butter blondies next. Just thinking about the cakey deliciousness *doric phrase coming up* tickled yer moo an jist aboot geed roon ma heirt like a hairy worm !! And with that, i shall stop obsessing about my next order of blondies and get some work done!
