How Quick can you Deliver?

All delivery dates are shown on the checkout pages, please bear in mind these are aimed for delivery in the current times no courier is guaranteeing delivery.

We will aim to dispatch in time to meet your delivery date. If you require for a certain date at the latest then set the date 1-2 days before you require your order.

If your delivery is required outside of the UK then please set a delivery date for at least 7-10 days from day of order.

The brownies are good for at least 7 days from receipt, and we believe actually get better due to the amount of chocolate in them, the flavours seem to develop more over time. If you require the order before the delivery date shown on the product page then please contact us and ask if we may be able to help dependant on the product.

We do not offer same day delivery as everything is baked to order.

How long do the brownies last?

Brownie Heaven brownies are good for at least seven days from RECEIPT, they should be stored in a refrigerator and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Brownie Heaven contain so much chocolate they go solid like chocolate when cold.

We recommend when serving remove from the fridge and bring up to room temperature for two hours prior, or microwave each brownie for 20-30 seconds to bring back the goo.

Please note we state 7 days to cover every eventuality within the post and them not been stored in a fridge, the brownies will last a lot longer in the fridge and we believe due to the very high chocolate content they develop a chocolate flavour.

With most Brownie Heaven customers they never last that long once they are delivered as they are quickly devoured!

Do you sell the Brownies individually?

We don't offer the brownies in any box sizes smaller than 6 (4 for some Subscriptions).

We offer mixed selections but these are what are available on the day, if you would like to request the exact brownies that go in a mixed box then please contact us as these will need to be priced specifically to the requirements.

We make brownies with British, Butter, Flour, Other Dairy Ingredients & Sugar, the chocolate and cocoa is the finest from Belgium, which is UTZ certified.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

We have reviewed our already strict health and safety policy in line with WHO and the latest Government advice.

Touch points and surfaces continued to be cleaned with antiviral products throughout each day.

We will continue to trade, and try and help cheer up the nation with our little treats while it is safe to do so to the latest government advice.

We have had a random visit from the Health & Safety Executive and they were happy with the COVID procedures we have put in place and the products that we use.
