We will use Royal Mail for delivery to the Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

All of our parcels are fully tracked, and the shopping cart that we use will send delivered notices with UPS when you parcel is delivered.

DPD will send a one hour window to your mobile phone, and Royal Mail will send an email with a morning or afternoon delivery time frame.

How long do the brownies last?

Brownie Heaven brownies are good for at least seven days from RECEIPT, they should be stored in a refrigerator and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Brownie Heaven contain so much chocolate they go solid like chocolate when cold.

We recommend when serving remove from the fridge and bring up to room temperature for two hours prior, or microwave each brownie for 20-30 seconds to bring back the goo.

Please note we state 7 days to cover every eventuality within the post and them not been stored in a fridge, the brownies will last a lot longer in the fridge and we believe due to the very high chocolate content they develop a chocolate flavour.

With most Brownie Heaven customers they never last that long once they are delivered as they are quickly devoured!

Do you sell the Brownies individually?

We don't offer the brownies in any box sizes smaller than 6 (4 for some Subscriptions and products).

We offer mixed selections but these are what are available on the day, if you would like to request the exact brownies that go in a mixed box then please contact us as these will need to be priced specifically to the requirements.

We will continue to trade, and try and help cheer up the nation with our little treats while it is safe to do so to the latest government advice.

We have had a random visit from the Health & Safety Executive and they were happy with the COVID procedures we have put in place and the products that we use.
