What started as a small coffee shop and event catering business in Anlaby Common, East Riding of Yorkshire, quickly blossomed into a beloved local favourite. As we introduced our secret recipe brownies at farmers' markets and food festivals, they earned the affectionate nickname "Knee Melters" – a testament to the sheer joy and satisfaction they brought to those who indulged in their rich, fudgy goodness.

In 2007, we took our passion online, launching a website that would allow us to share our delectable creations with brownie enthusiasts far and wide. Over the years, we've relocated to a brand-new bakery in the picturesque town of Alcester, South Warwickshire, nestled on the edge of the Cotswolds, but our commitment to quality and attention to detail remain unwavering.
