ALLERGENS

The following Allergens maybe present in the Brownie Heaven bakery and certain products listed below, each product is made to order so certain items can be omitted on request, every order is dispatched with an ingredients card and allergens are highlighted in bold (as we are only a small bakery we cannot guarantee that traces of any of the following allergens do not appear in any of our products even if not included, every care is taken to make sure cross contamination does not occur in Vegan Gluten Free Brownies, these brownies are made with separate mixing bowls and at a time when no other production is happening) :

          • Soya - Soya lecithin used as an emulsifier in the production of chocolate used in all brownies, Soya is also present in the miso caramel sauce used in vegan brownies.
          • Cereals containing gluten
            • Wheat Flour - used in all brownies & blondies except the Vegan Brownie & Vegan Miso Brownie 
          • Lupin - maybe present in Wheat flour used in all brownies & blondies except the Vegan Brownie & Vegan Miso Brownie
          • Fish - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery
          • Molluscs - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery
          • Milk - used in all brownies & blondies, appears as Butter and Concentrated Milk except the Vegan Brownie & Vegan Miso Brownie
          • Peanuts - used in the Sticky peanut butter brownie, & Snucker's Brownie
          • Eggs - used in all brownies & blondies except the Vegan Brownie & Vegan Miso Brownie
          • Tree Nuts
            • Hazelnuts - used wherever Nutella, Ferrero Rocher & Beuno are present can be added to Loaded I Love You Loads and the Beuno & Nutella Brownie
            • Pecans - used in the Pecan Brownie
            • Almonds - used in the Cherry Bakewell Blondie
            • Mustard - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery
            • Sesame Seeds - used in the Tahini brownie
            • Celery - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery
            • Sulphur Dioxide - maybe found in Cognac Brownies, Rum Brownies & Whsikey Brownies
