Based on some exceedingly good cakes and a town in the Peak District although this is nothing like a Bakewell pudding this blondie is stuffed with ground almonds and filled with some raspberry jam, topped with an indulgent melted white chocolate and a glace cherry.

Lemon heaven.

The lemon flavour is in every delicious bite. The white chocolate topping just finishes it all off beautifully. I have 1 big criticism lol.It should have white chocolate on the top like the cherry bakewell as I'm just wanting to much of a good thing.
