A simple idea but this creates a great affect with the brownies, all you need to do is to take four regular brownies some good quality ice-cream, hot espresso, vodka & tia maria and make a sophisticated dinner party dessert. 

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 Brownie Heaven Chocolate Brownies (use gluten free and this recipe is then suitable for ceoliacs)
10 x Scoops of Quality Vanilla Ice-cream (Haagan Daaz is good) 
2 shots of espresso
4 dessert spoons of tia maria
4 dessert spoons vodka 
4 Dessert Glasses (Wine Glasses will be good)
200ml of Coca-Cola
2 dessert spoons of sugar 
4 shot glasses 
Firstly in a pan place the cola and the sugar and bring to simmering point and reduce to a thick syrup. Reserve this to pour over the ice-cream and brownie sundae you are about to create. Then all you need to do is share the ice-cream into the 4 glasses, adding a layer of ice-cream, broken up brownie pieces, until you fill each glass, layer by layer. 
Once full, brew some espresso or strong coffee evenly share the alcohol in each shot glass then add the hot espresso. Pour the syrup over the sundae and serve the sundae with the shot glass.
