Inspiriert von den Aromen klassischer Zimtschnecken ist unser Blondie mit Karamell-Schokolade und Zimtwirbel eine Meisterklasse in Technik und Genuss. Hier dreht sich alles um die Reise – in Schweizer Teig gerollt, zweimal gebacken und vollgepackt mit reichhaltigem Karamell und wärmendem Zimt.

Wir backen zunächst eine Ladung unserer charakteristischen Blondies, rollen sie dann aus und wälzen sie in Zimtzucker und Karamell . Der Blondie wird dann wie eine Biskuitrolle aufgerollt und in einer köstlichen Cadbury Caramilk Blondie-Mischung gebacken, mit einer weiteren Schicht Karamell als Krönung. Nach dem Abkühlen über Nacht wird jede Scheibe mit noch mehr Caramac und weißer Schokolade belegt, für ein zähes, dekadentes Finish.

Vegan chocolate brownies are absolutely gorgeous. Chewy, chocolatey and dense. Ingredients are quite simple and not full of additives etc, but worth the wait.
