It was a little while in coming and took a little work as Ruby chocolate loses its colour when baked, so we used a special technique to get the best out of this unusual Ruby coloured chocolate, sugar content is reduced slightly to bring out the fruitiness and tartness of the chocolate, each one is drizzled in more Ruby Chocolate and a little white chocolate.
