It was a little while in coming and took a little work as Ruby chocolate loses its colour when baked, so we used a special technique to get the best out of this unusual Ruby coloured chocolate, sugar content is reduced slightly to bring out the fruitiness and tartness of the chocolate, each one is drizzled in more Ruby Chocolate and a little white chocolate.

Ruby Chocolate (Sugar, cocoa butter(MILK), skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring) butter(MILK), WHEAT Flour, Sugar, EGGS, Beetroot Juice.

As always excellent service. I do find the new packaging a little harder to keep them wrapped up in.

Rubees themselves were very subtle and fun, everyone was intrigued and everyone enjoyed. They weren't the pure moreish showstoppers that for example the caramel chocolate and cinnamon swirl are but they're still 100% worth trying
