It takes 12 of our famous chocolate brownies to make the crust this beautiful creation with a pint double cream and over kilo going into ganache.

Each pie will be made to order entirely for you or your recipient.

Lemon heaven.

The lemon flavour is in every delicious bite. The white chocolate topping just finishes it all off beautifully. I have 1 big criticism lol.It should have white chocolate on the top like the cherry bakewell as I'm just wanting to much of a good thing.
