This is what happens when peanut butter, caramel, chocolate and cereal nostalgia get turned into a proper grown-up Kneemelter.

We start with our rich Kneemelter brownie crust, baked deep and fudgy to hold all the chaos together. Inside sits a thick layer of chocolate chip cookie dough, followed by a ridiculous swirl of salted caramel and peanut butter running through the middle.

Then comes the crunch: a golden white chocolate Crunchy Nut-style cornflake nest, adding that sweet, crispy, malty snap against all the soft, gooey layers. Finally, we top it with smooth chocolate brownie ganache and finish it with salted peanuts for that proper sweet-salty hit.

Think grown-up Reese’s meets Crunchy Nut, wrapped in a brownie pie and taken far too far.
