It takes 12 of our famous dark chocolate brownies to make the crust of this beautiful creation, with a pint of double cream and over a kilo of chocolate going into the brownies and ganache. Each brownie crust is filled with a layer of salted caramel, and then of layer of either Rum, Whisky or Cognac ganache.
Each tart will be made to order and os entirely for you or your recipient.
