For two drops only, we’ve taken our all kneemelter brownie crust and loaded it with a thick layer of salted caramel, a soft cookie dough layer studded with Biscoff crumb, then a crunchy cornflake nest wrapped in Biscoff crunchy white chocolate. It’s finished with a shiny layer of chocolate ganache and topped with a Cadbury Biscoff Creme Egg.

This is a proper kneemelter slice. Soft, gooey, crunchy and slightly out of control. The caramel runs, the layers shift, and every bite feels like it’s on the verge of collapse in the best possible way. It is not neat. It is not restrained. That is exactly the point.
