Battenberg Banana & Peanut Butter Brownie Cake

Inspired by all the previous Blondie Battenberg comes this little beauty made with Banana Bread Blondie, Dark Chocolate Brownie, glued together with peanut butter spread, then dipped in white chocolate and salted peanuts.

Each cake is equivalent of 8 of our traditional sized brownies. We are only making in limited numbers once a week due to the amount of work involved in making each cake it involves a three day process.

These cakes when stored in the fridge will be good for at least two weeks due to the very high chocolate content and very little flour.
