We start with our signature white chocolate blondie, baked rich, soft and fudgy, then load it with pieces of Cadbury Flake-style chocolate for that unmistakable 99 ice cream nostalgia. Each blondie is finished with a generous layer of vanilla white chocolate, colourful sprinkles, a wafer cone and another piece of chocolate Flake on top.
