Our take on the viral dot cake — rebuilt the Brownie Heaven way.

This is a nearly half-kilo wedge of layered chaos: a rich dark chocolate brownie crust filled with vanilla white chocolate chip cookie dough, freeze-dried raspberry pieces, a smooth Biscoff layer, thick white chocolate ganache and a ridiculous blanket of colourful dots.

It’s part brownie, part cookie dough, part birthday cake energy — with enough structure, flavour and bite to make it more than just a pretty face.
