Lemon heaven.

The lemon flavour is in every delicious bite. The white chocolate topping just finishes it all off beautifully. I have 1 big criticism lol.It should have white chocolate on the top like the cherry bakewell as I'm just wanting to much of a good thing.

perfection

I can not rate these enough one of my favourites from brownie heaven and I have ordered so many. So tasty and the lemon really compliments the blondie so well.

Absolutely delicious

I bought these for my fiancé for Valentine's -- his face was a picture! Gooey and sweet, the lemon is counterpointed perfectly by the white chocolate.

Really nice treat

Much better warmed up than straight from the fridge. The lemon isn't overpowering and the blondie is nice and gooey.

Great product, protracted delivery

I ordered these as the person I was gifting only eats white chocolate, I have and am using other two brownie makers. I received a person message thanking me for my order fairly quickly and then ... nothing. I emailed and was given a delivery date for the first time, over a week from my order. Eventually they were delivered 11 days after ordering. The other companies I use who make delicious brownies manage to make and despatch far more promptly, and use recyclable not plastic packaging, hence only 3 stars. The other companies are also small independent companies so it’s not about capacity.
I understand from the recipient that the brownies were delicious.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. We noticed that you selected a delivery date of the 28th April which was 10 days after you purchased. We're a little disappointed that you have rated us only three stars when there is information all over the website stating there is a 10-12 day waiting list and we have a marvellous live calendar on the shipping page that gives live delivery date information. The confirmation email also gives the requested delivery date. We're sorry the parcel was delivered a day later than the 28th but this was totally out of our control. UPS states an exception occurred which normally means the driver is called off ill, very understandable in these difficult times. In these times we cannot guarantee a delivery date unfortunately and have to accept everyone is doing there best to make deliveries.

With regards other companies managing to deliver in shorter periods that is great, however we have amazing demand at the moment and a much reduced team, due to older members self isolating. We are doing our best to work through this and have managed our delivery schedule really well we believe.

We use all recyclable packaging the only cellophane we use is also recyclable, and we continue to use cellophane to wrap the brownies as the cellophane keeps the product completely away from smells and other flavours which might taint the product during travel through the courier network. We could use a waxed paper, but even a waxed paper would not keep the product completely air safe. Even with cheese wrapped in paper in the supermarkets it is still wrapped with cling underneath as this keeps the product foodsafe. Currently our fragile tape is plastic which we are looking to change to kraft paper. All other products using in wrapping are made from paper or cardboard, we use shredded paper to protect the brownies from damage.

I'm really pleased you thought the blondies were delicious and I apologise again for delivery which was one day later than requested.
