What do you get if you cross a strawberry cheesecake with a blondie? We had to try it, we add cheesecake mix and swirled it into our usual blondie mix to and then stewed some strawberries and threw these in for good mix with some crushed digestives supported with a little more unsalted butter.

This maybe my favourite blondie yet, sweet but also sour from the cheese with a touch of tart from the strawberries and crunch with a little help of the Lotus Biscoff.

This was the most delicious cake I have ever tasted, so many flavours in one delight shouldn’t work but they did and it tasted like heaven. Hope Browie Heaven bring them out again at some point . I’ll buy another box for my sister next time . Just a wonderful thought out cake ❤️❤️
