We've taken a bottle of Irish Whisky and added it to our dark chocolate brownie mix, baking for a short time and then dripping with a White Chocolate and Whisky Cream for an indulgent dessert.

The whiskey running through the brownies gives them a lovely warmth and they're incredibly rich and unctuous.
