Brown Butter Blondie 🆕

We love baking technique and this one is very simple, you firstly brown the butter which we do in a hot oven until it turns colour but doesn't burn the solids in it. Then we add white chocoalte, and mix with soft brown sugar, free range local eggs, and flour to make this ultra caramel blondie. Of course we bake it low n slow and pull it out the oven while there is still a wobble.
