Created for a 400-piece corporate Cinco de Mayo order for Amazon, this limited brownie was meant to disappear into Amazon boxes.
Then we tasted the test batch.
Our rich dark chocolate brownie is gently warmed with ancho chilli and cinnamon, then finished with a bright lift of lime. It is not aggressively spicy. The ancho brings a slow, comforting warmth that makes the chocolate taste deeper, while the cinnamon adds mellow spice and the lime cuts through with a clean citrus finish.
