- 125 grams plain flour

- 200 grams granulated sugar

- Gradually pour in the reduced Guinness stout, melted butter, dark chocolate, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Line the baking pan with baking paper, and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it.
- Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.

- 150 millilitres double cream
