Inspired by the Matilda Cake devoured by Bruce, we thought we would try making the famous cake with our oh so gooey brownies. This is 3 brownies each cut into 3 layers with a layer of dark chocolate ganache between each layer, made with the finest 70% chocolate & double cream. That's a whopping 18 layers!. Each is handmade to your order and hand decorated and there are also 3 crunchy brownie tops distributed through this beast.
Dare you warm them up for 20-30 seconds? It will release the Mountain GOO but they will be right on the edge of toppling over.
Price is for 2 Bruce Brownies (equivalent to 6 brownies smothered in half a litre of ganache) and includes standard delivery.
