Brownie Heaven has come about not by accident, but by the warmth of customer feedback. We started making brownies to a secret recipe over 4 years ago, in our Coffee Shop and Caterers,  on Anlaby Common in East Yorkshire.

The brownies became so popular on buffets and in people's lunch boxes, demand increased. In 2007 we began marketing the brownies at food festivals, and did two in the market town of Beverley where we soldout 1500 in 4 hours, Taste of Lincolshire and sold 1200 and Hull Global Food Fair where we sold 900. We gave out lots of samples and people soon bought, we nicknamed them 'Knee Melters' due to some reactions ,'These are the best brownies, I ever tasted' was heard time and time again. Where else can get them? Hence the development of this website.

The brownies are made with passion, that's the main secret ingredient, then some very good dark Belgium Chocolate, & some very fine Italian Ingredients. Our aim is to be the best brownie supplier in the land, and we concentrate only on delivering brownies which make ideal gifts.

We are now based in the Market Town of Beverley which we describe as our spiritual home, and have opened a restaurant called 'Dine on the Rowe' where we make dishes with a twist and source ingredients as locally as possible. We have recently been recommended by the Lonely Planet Guide Book.
