Every 90s birthday party had the same plate of French Fancies going round — pink, yellow, chocolate, all polite little squares of sponge and fondant. This is what happens when that plate grows up, goes out, and orders a cocktail.

Instead of sponge, a boozy vanilla vodka white chocolate blondie. Instead of a jam smear, an actual passion fruit liqueur jam. Instead of a wafer-thin fondant coat, a proper dunk in passion fruit flavoured chocolate, finished with a swirl of prosecco buttercream. Still bite-sized. Absolutely not still innocent.
