Facebook Prize Draw
Information on how to enter & Prizes form part of these terms and conditions (T&C) and apply to anyone that wishes to take part in the Facebook Competition (Competition) which is being promoted by the Promoter (defined below).
Please read these T&C carefully - if you do not agree with them, you should not participate. If you'd like to have a copy of the T&C, please print them.
COMPETITION DATES: The Competition is open from 12:30 29th April 2019 (GMT) and ends 12.00pm 4th May 2019
You must be 16 years old or older to take part in our Competition. Employees, workers and contractors of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with the Competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter (an Eligible Entrant).
HOW TO ENTER: Just like the post and tells us in the comments who you would send a box to other than yourself, and tells us how much chocolate in weight goes into each batch of 35, plus how much nutella and how many Beuno bars goes into the bake.
You'll need to make sure you comply with the T&C of the relevant social media site that you're posting on. Multiple entries per Eligible Entrant are permitted.
THE PRIZE: Will be paid in Brownie Heaven Gift Vouchers to be used at any time to the value of 2 x £25 to the Eligible Entrant with the correct answer, in the event of a tie the winner will be drawn at random from the correct enteries. The winner will be notified via Facebook in the comments of the post of the prize being awarded. Every entrant will be contacted via Facebook messenger to inform them if they have won.
Your posts should not include: a. anything unlawful, obscene, defamatory, abusive, invasive of someone's privacy or any nudity or swearing; b. material that infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights or that includes adverts, photos of celebrities or another company's trademarks or logos; c. photos of anyone other than you unless they're 12 years of age or older and you've obtained their permission before posting.
All personal details will be held in accordance with the Brownie Heaven Privacy Policy at https://brownieheaven.co.uk/privacy-policy. We will process the information about you in accordance with that policy. By taking part in our Competition, you consent to such processing including the sharing of your personal information with our suppliers assisting with the conduct of the Competition and the Competition activities.
By participating in our Competition, you also consent to the T&C of the privacy policy of the social media sites on which you have posted your photo on. Please refer to the applicable website/app of the social media site for a copy of the policy.
You have a right to access your personal information held by us or to request that we cease to use such information. Any request for this should be made in writing using the contact details at the end of these T&C.
All personal and other information relating to participants will be retained by us for a reasonable period after the Competition ends for auditing and legal reasons and to deal with any queries relating to the Competition.
By entering the Competition each entrant acknowledges that their name and image may be used for printing, broadcast, publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Promoter's websites and social media accounts without compensation. Winners will be requested to participate in publicity arising from the Competition and are obliged to provide quotes as and when requested but are not obliged to participate in photographic publicity. A winner will, if required by the Promoter, complete any documentation necessary to give effect to this assignment of the right, title and interest.
You agree that we are allowed to remove any photos you post from our Social Pages, for reasons including if you break these T&C.
We may modify, suspend or terminate the Competition (e.g. extend or change the period during which it runs) or make any other changes to the Competition or these T&C. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of such changes in advance or at the time we make such changes by posting amended T&C on this page and/or via a post to Our Social Pages.
We shall not be responsible for posts lost or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any person, including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the Competition or during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Our Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing information to us and not to those service providers and they shall have no liability to you for our Competition. By participating in our Competition, you release Facebook from any obligations relating to it.

These T&C are governed by English law and any disputes will be exclusively dealt with by the courts of England.
