The first Vegan Blondie we have ever made, homemade vegan white chocolate (we use Cocoa Butter, Coconut Cream, Vanilla & Sugar), baked with raspberries, soft brown sugar, gluten free flour, golden extra virgin local rapeseed oil and aquafaba. They will make a perfect gift for any one who is vegan, dairy intolerant, or gluten free.
