Inspired by the the previous Blondie Battenberg comes this little beauty, made with our Twice Baked Cinnamon & Caramac Blonde, Dark Chocolate Brownie, glued together with Biscoff spread, then dipped in Caramac and dusted in Biscoff biscuit. Will you serve it warm and gooey or cold and chewy?

Each cake is equivalent of 8 of our traditional sized brownies. We are only making in limited numbers once a week due to the amount of work involved in making each cake it involves a three day process.

These cakes when stored in the fridge will be good for at least two weeks due to the very high chocolate content and very little flour.

Please note the Battenberg cake cannot be purchased with any discount voucher.

I ordered the biscoff battenberg cake for my partner's birthday and it was so tasty and he was very impressed! It looked just as good as the photos!

I had an email shortly after putting my order in from the owner, Angela, to thank me for my order and to let her know if there was anything she could do, which I felt was a really nice touch.

The delivery date was only available 3 days after my partner's birthday as they have set delivery dates and I asked if it would be possible for it to arrive on the day. Angela was so helpful and despite the reason for the dates being set because that was when a batch was completed, she made sure it arrived on my partner's birthday which I was so grateful for! Thank you very much :) Highly recommend!
