I have ordered from Brownie Heaven a handful of times and always received a fantastic service with the brownies themselves being very much appreciated by all that ate them! This time however the delivery fell short of expectations and I spent a stressful week not knowing what had happened to my order, particularly as it was intended for my Daughter’s 21st Birthday. It did turn up eventually but I never did get to the bottom of the issue and am unsure as to whether it was Brownie Heaven at fault or the delivery company - in this case UPS. Either way however, I do believe that Brownie Heaven should be responsible for the whole service and if their delivery company are falling below expectations, then as a customer, we should not receive a poor service because of this. I did receive a relatively good response from customer services although they went on annual leave for a week over this time and I felt that I should have been able to contact someone else. I tried phoning on numerous occasions but continually got the answer machine. I have had to phone through to check on an order on a previous occasion and had no problems at all so I’m really not sure what the issue has been this time around. To be honest, it has put me off slightly from ordering again,though the product is amazing…shame.
Ordered for family for valentines day. Arrived beautifully packaged, on-schedule and I really wasn't prepared for the weight of the giant heart-shaped brownie! It was life-changingly good, so rich, but not too sweet (even with all the chocolate on top) - the perfect combination of gooey moist brownie with luxurious toppings. It must have been excellent as after my little taster slice I was given by my wife/daughter the rest apparently vanished.....but we all loved it!
