The picture says it all, a rich white chocolate vanilla blondie only ever cut from the centre  served burnt cream style with a crispy burnt sugar topping. Sometimes less is more.

I love creme brûlée as a desert so couldn’t resist trying these. So glad I did. The crunchy sugar topping is perfect with the blondie. If you microwave them you lose the crunch but they are still delicious. When I buy again I will have to freeze half to stop me scoffing them so fast!
